- When you mind map, you are choosing QUOTED EVIDENCE from your sources that best prove the answer to your purpose question. Your goal of annotating each article/source was to find more in regards to the answer to your purpose question.
- As you place QUOTED EVIDENCE into text spaces, maybe think of ways you can group evidence together by topic/category to help prove your case. Don't just place the evidence in a random list - things should have a natural flow and link to other quotes categorically.
- The cool thing about mind mapping online is that it allows you to put text AND other media (photos, videos, links to other websites, etc.) on it. Be sure to do that!

I'd really recommend using SpicyNodes (should be unblocked for all). This site, once you register for a FREE account, will allow you to mind map and create various webs. Keep webs topical (like your TOPICS of your evidence that you find).
For example, if you had to research Gun Control you may have different webs with different topics. Topics could be: Pros, Cons, Laws/Constitution, What the Media Says, What Politicians Say, Current Events, etc. Each topic would have it's own web branches full of QUOTED EVIDENCE to support that topic.
