The Madness of Poe (the play)

The Madness of Edgar Allan Poe: a Love Story, is an interactive theater performance that allows viewers to experience Poe's life and stories intertwined into a journey as your travel from room to room within the haunted confines of Mayslake Hall (located in Oakbrook, Illinois).
Performances are available for purchase now through November 4th.  Many performances are already sold out.  I know many of you were talking about getting a group together to go one night - I can chaperon with another adult/parent or two of your choosing.  Last year, we were fortunate enough to have the First Folio Theatre traveling company perform at JJH; however, due to the fact they are performing at the mansion in Oakbrook this year, I'd highly recommend only seeing it there.

Click here to view the company's website and to view available dates for tickets.  Individual student tickets are priced at $26 for Wednesday and Thursday night performances and $32 for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shows.  Respond to this post or speak to me in class, and hopefully we can get a big group to go! :)

Here's the trailer for the play that I created:
